Health data: To provide healthcare services, we may collect and store your medical history, symptoms, and other health-related data.

Doctors – Our all doctors are qualified &  MBBS degree holders from reputed Medical College Hospitals. They are registered in the Bangladesh Medical& Dental Council, this institution is concerned with the Health & Family Welfare Ministry of the Bangladesh government.  We collect doctor's full name, age, BMDC Reg.no, experience, chamber information, mobile no, NID no. This data is publicly accessible in the Docaid app but the doctor  ID password is protected

 

App Vedio & audio call

 Video, the audio call is secure  encrypted end to end there is no chance of accessible others person during the conversation  

 

Text Message 

There is little risk of text messages due to messages are unencrypted and the public can see the message.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding privacy and data protection in Bangladesh. Your Health Information is protected by general laws and medical ethics under the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council Telemedicine Guidelines July 2020(“Guidelines”)

Our telemedicine services are not allowed for individuals under the age of 18 to create an account.
